The DPI Digital Adoption Analyst Apprentice plays a key role in driving the successful adoption of new technologies across the organization. This individual contributor role focuses on executing enablement strategies, delivering training, and supporting change management efforts to ensure employees are equipped and confident in using digital tools and platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others embrace change.

This is a 12-month program and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

What you’ll learn & achieve:

Technology Enablement & Training

+ Deliver engaging training sessions or upskilling activities tailored to different user personas.

+ Create and maintain user-centric documentation, including user guides, process flows, FAQs, and best practices.

Communication & Engagement

+ Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Program Management, and Leadership to draft and refine user-facing communications.

+ Tailor messaging to different audiences to drive awareness, understanding, and enthusiasm for new technologies.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

+ Monitor adoption metrics and training effectiveness using surveys, analytics, and feedback and determine improvement areas.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content

+ Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platforms

+ Comfortability in creating training content using tools like PowerPoint, video editors, or LMS platforms

+ Analytical mindset

+ Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management

What we offer:

+ Total Rewards: The hourly rate for this role is $30.00. This apprenticeship is a 12-month program and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
