Are you interested in a co-op opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in 6 month co-op opportunities at our site in Cambridge, MA. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.
Your role:
+ Automate deployments of highly distributed virtual Patient Monitoring Solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using Continuous Delivery and Agile practices.
+ Identify and streamline manual processes by implementing automation solutions. Use coding skills to enhance deployment automation and improve daily operational tasks.
+ Collaborate with application development and automation teams to design and develop automation code for deploying and managing applications. Utilize virtual and cloud infrastructure for seamless system deployment.
+ Conduct routine testing, setup, and teardown of systems to ensure reliability and performance. Drive initiatives to identify opportunities for further automation enhancements.
+ Present opportunities for automation improvements and work proactively to implement them. Utilize expertise to optimize system operations and deliver innovative solutions.
You're the right fit if:
+ You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
+ You have experience performing automation or development using Python, Java, C#/.NET or similar.
+ You are familiar with Visual Studio, GitHub, and Azure DevOps Service.
+ Background in Windows OS, application installation, command line and PowerShell scripting.
+ You have the ability to think broadly from a system perspective, understand the big picture, and consider perspectives.
+ You have analytical and troubleshooting skills, combining innovation and creativity to find a solution.
+ You have strong written and verbal skills and can work independently.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is _Bachelor Level: $29-32 an hour: Masters Level $33-$46 an hour_ plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
