    Position Overview:

    High profile administrative support role designed to support the various functional areas of Human Resources.  Will manage employee onboarding, support recruiting activities, interface with employees and management staff, produce H.R. reports, participate in employee event planning and contribute to special project work in support of companywide H.R. initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct preliminary candidate interviews and coordinate internal customer scheduling in supporting enterprise recruiting initiatives.

    + Serve as a point of contact for general questions for company’s manufacturing center team members and companywide user for H.R. technology functionality.

    + Manage employee onboarding activities to include direct new hire interface and progress reporting.

    + Conduct a variety of research assignments to include legal compliance updates, H.R. vendors, event planning venues and employee activity options to support employee engagement initiatives.

    + Produce H.R.I.S. reporting to support managerial decision-making and data needs.

    + Provide guidance on basic H.R.I.S. functions to management and staff members upon request.

    + Participate in strategic H.R. project work in partnership with department team members in supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.

    + Develop and execute logistics for H.R. meetings and ongoing programs to include tracking and reporting.

    + General administrative support tasks to ensure optimal H.R. team performance across multiple company locations.

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Services or Business Administration

    + A minimum of one year of full-time experience working within a successful Human Resources department is strongly preferred.

    + Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    + Willingness to work five days on site to meet the needs of an industrial workforce.
