Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Vendor Risk & Operations Manager to join their team.

What’s the Job?

+ Lead operations and support functions across multiple business groups to drive strategic initiatives.

+ Ensure efficiency, quality, and risk alignment within supplier management and operational activities.

+ Collaborate with risk, oversight, and line of business partners to manage third-party vendor risk.

+ Contribute to supplier management strategies, governance programs, and process improvement initiatives.

+ Provide leadership, guidance, and project execution support for cross-functional teams.

What’s Needed?

+ 3+ years of experience in business execution, implementation, strategic planning, or risk management.

+ 3+ years of experience managing risk activities independently with accountability.

+ 4+ years of third-party/vendor risk management experience.

+ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Tableau experience preferred.
