    Our client, a leading agricultural manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting plant and warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will have adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Technician **Location:** 2700 Pioneer Dr, Princeton, IL 61356 **Pay Range:** $18.75/hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Perform general plant operations including bagging and palletizing

    + Support return and rework processes

    + Operate forklifts and conduct warehousing tasks

    + Collect samples and assist with data gathering for improvement projects

    + Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisor

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High School diploma or GED

    + Ability to work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold)

    + Comfortable with climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive tasks

    + Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime during seasonal peaks

    + Steel toe boots required
