Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and assembly industry, is seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be part of the Production Support team, contributing to the creation of high-quality electromechanical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician
**Location:** Santa Clara, CA
Pay Range: $30hr
**Shift:** 1st shift
What's the Job?
+ Build products by accurately interpreting and working from schematics
+ Perform wire cutting, unpacking, and repacking tasks as part of assembly duties
+ Conduct electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality control of assemblies
+ Support ISO certification processes, document maintenance, and audits
+ Assist in inventory management and ensure parts meet drawing specifications
What's Needed?
+ High School diploma or GED required
+ Assembly experience, especially in electromechanical assembly, is highly desirable
+ Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and work instructions
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
