Our client, a leading manufacturer in the marine industry, is seeking a Fiberglass Mold Infusion Operator to join their team. As a Fiberglass Mold Infusion Operator, you will be part of the Infusion department supporting boat manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong safety focus, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Fiberglass Mold Infusion Operator

**Location:** Edgewater, FL

Pay Range: $17.00-$24.00 hourly

**Shift:** Monday through Thursday, 5am to 3:30 pm and some 1/2 days on Fridays.

What's the Job?

+ Inspect, clean, assemble, and prepare molds for boat parts based on production schedules and technical instructions.

+ Accurately measure materials and parts to ensure quality standards and minimize waste.

+ Install structural and supportive components into molds using hand and air tools.

+ Mix catalysts into resins and saturate cloth and mats with the mixture.

+ Install vacuum feed lines and equipment, and bag molds for infusion processes.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

+ Two or more years of experience in infusing fiberglass parts in a manufacturing environment preferred.

+ Experience in fiberglass boat manufacturing is advantageous.

+ Knowledge of engineered fabrics, lamination materials, and infusion processes is preferred.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
