Our client, a leader in logistics and warehousing, is seeking a Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Material Handler / Forklift Operator

**Location:** Liberty, MO

**Pay Range:** $20.94/hr - $22.44/hr

**Shift:** B Shift: Tuesday – Friday + occasional OT 5:30pm – approximately 4am; C Shift: Friday/Saturday 5:30am – approximately 4pm AND Sunday/Monday 5:30pm – approximately 4pm

What's the Job?

+ Operating Power Industrial Equipment including sit-down, stand up, reach truck, and tuggers to move product and materials.

+ Picking orders using an RF scan gun

+ Packing orders in totes and labeling

+ Kitting and operating a standup forklift when needed to pull orders

+ Loading and unloading trucks

+ Performing general maintenance and housekeeping duties in the warehouse

What's Needed?

+ Must have 1 year of recent experience operating power equipment including Sit-down, Stand Up, Reach Truck experience.

+ Verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to perform physically intensive labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds

+ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Experience in a manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing setting is desired but not required

+ High school diploma or GED required
