    This is a hybrid position, in the Agoura Hills, CA office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, remote Wednesday and Friday. We will not consider remote only applicants. Compensation for the position is $23.50 - $25.00 per hour (non-exempt).

    Duties:

    + Web Events: Oversee all elements of web events from start to finish

    + Coordinate incoming Salesforce and Asana event requests, ensuring all information and content aligns with the Joni and Friends Brand and Communications Standards

    + Communicate with the requestee to understand each aspect of a request; collaborate with teams to revise copy and photos as needed to maintain excellent user experience

    + Create web event tasks, event pages, fundraising pages, and other collateral on additional platforms as requested

    + Coordinate content for online event pages, autoresponders, peer-to-peer fundraising, and registrations within GoFundMe Pro, Asana, and WordPress

    + Serve as Marketing lead in responding to event and fundraising page-related service tickets

    + Provide event page and fundraising page reporting to management and vendors as requested

    + Optimize the event process and automations in Asana templates based on feedback and results

    + Optimize web event page layout based on feedback and results

    + Platform and Project Coordination

    + Collaborate with the Digital Experience team to review, prioritize, and assign requests

    + Integrate with teams across the ministry to ensure seamless connections between Salesforce, GoFundMe Pro, WordPress, Asana, and other ministry platforms as needed

    + Provide troubleshooting solutions for digital platforms; collaborate with teams to identify improvements so that constituent needs are met across platforms

    + Connect all web events to related projects/requests within Asana for team visibility

    + Provide service-minded communications with all external and internal teams

    + Assist with additional web projects, donation pages, and other team projects as required

    + Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor to support department and organizational needs

    Qualifications:

    + Must possess a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ and agree with the Joni and Friends statement of faith

    + Desire to serve in a growing and dynamic Christian service ministry

    + 2+ years of marketing, product, or communications experience, preferably in the non-profit sector

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    + Service-minded attitude and communication with strong problem-solving skills

    + C ommitment to accuracy, with the ability to effectively organize and prioritize a wide range of daily tasks with varied deadlines; strong sense of confidentiality

    + Capability to learn or proficiency in MSO365, Asana, Salesforce, WordPress, and GoFundMe Pro

    + Understanding of Christian ministry and specifically Joni and Friends is desirable

    * Lead Like Jesus is a course of study provided to all employees and is based on the book written by Ken Blanchard and Phil Hodges of the same name. The Lead Like Jesus course is the model which governs our ministry culture and contributes significantly to Joni and Friends maintaining its certification as a “Best Christian Workplace” according to surveys by the Best Christian Workplace Institute (BCWI).
