We're seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead and scale the next generation of artificial intelligence solutions for Amazon's Sub Same Day business. At this senior level, you will own the comprehensive AI strategy and execution roadmap across multiple product lines and teams. You'll be responsible for driving organizational-level impact, influencing senior leadership decisions, and architecting solutions that will define the future of Amazon's delivery capabilities.
As a key strategic leader, you will revolutionize how we leverage AI/ML to optimize our Sub Same Day delivery network, enhancing customer experience while driving operational excellence at unprecedented scale. You'll be at the forefront of integrating AI technologies like large language models, computer vision, and predictive analytics to solve complex challenges. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and strategic leadership to transform our last-mile delivery operations across global markets.

Key job responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive multi-year AI/ML strategy for the global Sub Same Day network

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- Experience in leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
- Experience partnering with product and program management teams
- Knowledge of deep learning, machine learning and statistics
- Experience in problem solving and data analytics
- 10+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years focusing on AI/ML products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
- Experience building large-scale machine learning and AI solutions at Internet scale
- Experience with distributed systems at scale
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
