Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Property to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the upkeep and improvement of a vibrant residential community. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a reliable work ethic, and a passion for hands-on work which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician - Property

**Location:** Myrtle Beach, SC

Pay Range: $20-$22

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

+ Perform plumbing tasks such as replacing faucets and toilets, diagnosing and repairing leaks, and operating sewer augers.

+ Conduct electrical work including replacing outlets and light fixtures, understanding GFCIs, breakers, and basic wiring.

+ Maintain grounds and curb appeal by mowing lawns, weeding, planting flowers, and ensuring the property is clean and inviting.

+ Execute unit turnovers by performing clean-outs and light rehabilitation work to prepare units for new residents.

+ Efficiently complete maintenance requests and work orders independently while adhering to safety protocols.

What's Needed?

+ 2–3 years of general labor experience, preferably in landscaping or property maintenance.

+ Experience operating a zero-turn lawn mower.

+ 1–2 years of basic residential plumbing experience.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

+ Basic technology skills and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
