Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join their team. As a Commercial Analyst, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting Sales Operations and Business Intelligence teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Commercial Analyst

**Location:** Fully remote (Candidates based in Wisconsin, Chicago, IL, or Atlanta, GA preferred)

Pay Range:

**Shift:** Standard business hours 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

+ Support the Services Commercial Execution team through data-driven analytics, standardized metrics, and market insights to promote profitable growth.

+ Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Operations to define commercial needs and deliver scalable analytics for sales performance improvement.

+ Design and build Salesforce.com dashboards to provide leading indicators and monitor funnel vitality metrics.

+ Analyze large datasets to identify market trends, customer segments, and opportunities for share growth.

+ Prepare routine analytics for scorecards, leadership reviews, and standard reporting to support strategic decision-making.

What's Needed?

+ 3-5 years of experience supporting a large matrixed sales organization with strong analytical capabilities.

+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

+ Proficiency in managing large datasets and assessing impact to identify trends and insights.

+ Advanced MS-Excel skills, especially with large files (100K+ records).

+ Experience with Salesforce.com or Siebel and dashboard/reporting development.
