    Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Position Overview

    The Associate Director, Security Delivery Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex security initiatives across multiple portfolios. This position plays a critical role in advancing the maturity of enterprise security services, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and maintaining high standards of performance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead the end-to-end delivery of security solutions and services, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships across a matrixed organization, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.

    + Drive continuous improvement in security service delivery through structured methodologies, including scoping, analysis, and solution development.

    + Develop and manage comprehensive project plans using contemporary tools, incorporating fiscal oversight and change management.

    + Apply advanced risk management techniques to proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues.

    + Monitor project performance using key metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

    + Provide coaching, mentoring, and oversight to project-aligned personnel; may manage a small to mid-sized team of project professionals across onshore and offshore locations.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects or programs, preferably within security or risk management domains.

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required; additional certifications such as Six Sigma, Kaizen/Lean are preferred.

    + Proficiency in project management tools and platforms, including Microsoft Suite, Smartsheets, Primavera, Jira, and ServiceNow.

    + Demonstrated excellence in communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and foster high-performing teams.
