one of our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Training Specialist** to join our client’s team in St. Louis, MO. This is a short-term contract role focused on supporting an end-of-year training initiative.

Job Title:** **Training Specialist (Contract)

**Start Date:** ASAP
**Work Schedule:** Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote
**Hours:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
**Employment Type:** Contract

Responsibilities:
+ Develop and deliver engaging training materials (manuals, presentations, guides).
+ Provide SharePoint support for document management and team collaboration.
+ Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration and content updates.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet project deadlines and training goals.
Required Skills:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
+ Proven experience in instructional design or training content development.
+ Strong proficiency in **SharePoint** (required).
+ Familiarity with **LMS platforms** (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, Moodle).
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Office 365** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
+ Experience in **project management** .
+ Bonus: Web design experience (HTML/CSS or similar).
Additional Information:
+ This role is **onsite Monday–Thursday** at Purina HQ.
+ **Remote work on Fridays** .
+ Contract ends **mid-January** with no extension.
