    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an Associate Product Manager with 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS to join our agile, cross-functional team. This role is perfect for a driven, curious, and collaborative product professional who wants to help shape a vertical-focused platform solution used by industry-leading customers. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver products that solve real problems, create measurable value, and delight users. The Associate Product Manager should act as the voice of the customer. The successful candidate will effectively analyze, set, and communicate product priorities in relations to other competing work while doing whatever it takes to make sure the team has the direction, answers, and tools needed to deliver.

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

    + Act as the voice of the customer, translating needs into actionable requirements and clearly prioritized user stories.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather input, align priorities, and balance trade-offs in a small agile team setting.

    + Manage the product backlog and ensure readiness for release planning, working closely with engineering and design teams.

    + Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to measure success and inform roadmap decisions.

    + Partner with Product Marketing and Education on customer communication, and enablement materials.

    + Facilitate product demos, feedback sessions, and roadmap reviews to keep internal and external stakeholders informed and engaged.

    + Support an iterative product development process, fostering a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

    + Other duties as assigned

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    + 1–3 years of experience in product management for B2B software, preferably SaaS.

    + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

    + Experience working in agile or lean product development environments.

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams and at all levels of the organization.

    + Balanced technical and business acumen with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and make data-informed decisions.

    + Basic data analysis proficiency and ability to use tools like Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar.

    + Demonstrated ability to take product features from concept through launch and iteration.

    + Basic understanding of APIs and integrations to understand how systems can connect.

    + Experience defining user stories, requirements, wireframes, and prototypes.

    + Familiarity with product management tools such as Asana, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar.

    + Ability to be a positive team player, willing to grow and change.

    + Occasional travel may be required for department meetings, all company events, in-person seminars/networking events, etc.

    + Successful completion of a drug and background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.

    Nice to Have:

    + Prior experience in the CPG industry

    + Knowledge of industry-specific compliance, food science, workflows, or customer needs.

    + Project management or risk management experience.

    + Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.

    The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

     

    The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
