Position Summary
This Production Test Technician III position will be focused on maintaining and improving production test systems for Hach products to ensure they meet their performance, quality, and reliability requirements. The position will perform technical, multi-disciplined tasks to improve manufacturing quality and product performance. This includes activities such as preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation/validation of equipment and process changes.'
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
+ Identify and resolve safety risks and uncontrolled hazards
+ Complete advanced preventive and emergency maintenance activities as assigned
+ Responds to and resolves production issues with little or no assistance. Performs troubleshooting of production test stands and fixtures. Escalates as needed for issues beyond scope of own responsibility
+ Provide solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on existing procedures
+ Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
+ Manage equipment purchase processes and required inventory for ongoing production needs
+ Provide training and documentation as needed for end users
+ Design and implement tools, jigs, and fixtures as needed
+ Communicates detailed technical information effectively with tact and diplomacy, both written and verbal
+ Required to work off-shift or Saturday, as needed, to support production or to maximize up-time on machinery/processes
+ Coordinates exchange of information with relevant departments and impacted parties
+ Work collaboratively with R&D Engineering, Operations, Project Management and Quality personnel
Qualifications
+ 4+ years in related role in an applicable environment
+ Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
+ Functional understanding of at least two programming languages, LabVIEW experience preferable
+ Demonstrated ability troubleshooting computer issues
+ Advanced technical and mechanical problem solving
+ Ability to recognize and solve non-routine problems; completes work with limited direction
+ Experience working with common data communication methods and devices (i.e. USB, Modbus, RS-485, etc.).
+ Experience with manufacturing quality and control tools (i.e. pFMEA, Gauge R&R, etc.) is a plus

_The hourly rate or salary range for this role is_ **_$29.52 – 34.18._** _This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future._

This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $29.52 - $34.92 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
