    Job Summary:

    This position is responsible for coordinating and tracking scrap activity, identifying causes, and supporting the engineering/manufacturing teams with data and reporting. The role also includes monitoring parts through the evaluation process and managing the MRB (Material Review Board) area to ensure organization, accuracy, and timely processing of applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Review scrap data on a regular basis, monitor trends, and provide reports to the engineering/manufacturing team.

    * Track evaluation parts throughout the production process to ensure visibility and status updates.

    * Maintain the MRB area by organizing and sorting parts into appropriate groups.

    * Prepare and enter MRB applications accurately and in a timely manner.

    Required Qualifications

    * Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

    * Comfortable using scanners and file organization tools

    * Familiarity with entering data into structured forms or database fields

    * High attention to detail and organizational skills

    * Willingness to work in a quality-driven, process-oriented environment

    * Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required

    Preferred (but not required)

    * Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or quality documentation

    * Familiarity with NET-INSPECT or similar inspection/quality systems

    * Associate or Bachelor's degree

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $25.00 per hour.
