Program Manager (STIM)
Responsible for the overall delivery of services and generating status and project reports weekly, quarterly, and yearly in accordance with the Task Deliverables outlined later within the document.
The PM shall also be capable of performing the tasks &/or possess the skill sets listed below:
+ Candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects through which they demonstrate experience in leading projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
+ Experienced with project risk identification, escalation, and mitigation. Capability to oversee the development and implementation of program plans, including detailed project plans, schedules, tasks, and milestones with appropriate balanced resource allocation.
+ Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Federal STIMs Branch Supervisors, Senior System and Network Engineers) to track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones, identifying and managing risks to ensure program objectives are achieved.
+ Conduct regular project status meetings and provide requested reports on project progress to the project stakeholders and/or Federal Staff. Demonstrating strong cross[1]functional team coordination skill set.
+ Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
+ Determines and manages program resource requirements, including personnel, budgets, equipment, and schedules, to meet organizational goals based on program or project objectives or operational needs.
+ Knowledge and proficiency in project management tools and methodologies which display strong understanding of project management principles, including risk management, change management, and quality assurance.
+ Ability to develop, deliver, manage, and report on new &/or existing comprehensive project plans effectively. The project plans should include, but are not limited to, such aspects as the following: Project schedule, Risk Management plan, Scope statement, Communication plan, Project objectives, Project scope, Stakeholder identification, and Resource planning.
+ Demonstrated experience and proficiency in the following soft skill set areas: oral and written communication, interpersonal skills (e.g., leadership and team management), conflict management, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Candidate will possess and maintain a current Professional Management Certification such as PMP, ITIL, or other relevant project management certifications. Candidate may also hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, another closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, & experience.
