_**Industrial Maintenance Technician - Benefits Day 1 - $40/Hour**_

_Location: Sioux Falls, SD_

_Pay: $25-$40/hour (Depending on experience!)_

_Hours: Monday-Friday // 8 AM - 5 PM_

_The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This role ensures the adherence to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of business goals and objectives._

_Responsibilities:_

+ _Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery._

+ _Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues._

+ _Repair or replace defective parts and components._

+ _Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability._

+ _Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics._

+ _Operate various hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment._

+ _Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs._

+ _Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear._

+ _Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations._

+ _Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment._

_Requirements/Skills:_

+ _High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred._

+ _Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role._

+ _Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems._

+ _Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints._

+ _Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills._

+ _Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity._

+ _Ability to work independently and as part of a team._

+ _Basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation._

+ _Knowledge of safety standards and practices in industrial maintenance._

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
