    Job Title: Batch Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Batch Operator responsible for blending powders in our mixing department. The role involves following specific batch instructions and accurately measuring ingredients. Candidates must be capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.

    Responsibilities

    + Blend powders according to precise batch instructions.

    + Measure ingredients accurately for each batch.

    + Operate machinery and manage batch records.

    + Ensure quality assurance throughout the batching process.

    + Troubleshoot any issues during the mixing process.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with machine operation and batch records.

    + Proficiency in mixing and compounding.

    + Understanding of GMP standards.

    + Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience as a Blender or Batch Operator.

    + Forklift operation experience.

    + Inventory management experience.

    Work Environment

     

    The facility produces a bleach-based outdoor cleaning agent and has a slight odor. It is a non-climate controlled environment. Personal protective equipment such as steel-toed boots, eye protection, and ear protection is required. The position operates on a 2nd shift from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, Monday through Thursday, with initial training on the 1st shift for the first two months.

    This is a Permanent position based out of NA, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $39520.00/yr.
