Now Hiring: Entry-Level Manufacturing Technicians – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Shift Details

+ **3rd Shift:** 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

+ **Pay:** $23.55

+ **2nd Shift:** 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

+ **Pay** : $21.50

+ **Training:** All new hires train on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) for 2–3 months. Shift differential begins after transition.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

+ Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift long-term

+ Consistent attendance and strong work ethic

+ Positive attitude and interest in technical work

+ Ability to communicate and collaborate with others

+ GED or High School Diploma required

Nice-to-Haves:

+ Mechanical or manufacturing experience

+ Vehicle maintenance experience

+ Comfort working around high-heat materials and in a hot environment

+ Experience in extrusion or molding environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.55/hr.
