Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and repairs of an industrial manufacturing facility. You will assist and oversee HVAC, plumbing, boilers, fire safety, and overall building maintenance. You will have the ability to diagnose high-level facilities issues and coordinate with the maintenance team or subcontractors to perform the necessary work. Additionally, you will oversee, train, and coach multiple technicians across all shifts.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and repair the industrial manufacturing facility.
+ Assist and oversee HVAC, plumbing, boilers, fire safety, and building maintenance.
+ Diagnose high-level facilities issues and coordinate repairs with the team or subcontractors.
+ Oversee, train, and coach technicians across all shifts.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, facilities maintenance, and boiler operations.
+ Strong facility management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Any education or certifications related to facilities maintenance are a bonus.
+ EPA/HVAC certification.
+ Ammonia/refrigeration certification.
+ OSHA certifications.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled facility with primary 1st shift hours (Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm).
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Independence, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
Company offers full medical, dental, & vision insurance. Opportunity for pay raises and advancement.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Independence,MO.
