    Job Title: Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift, responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical industrial equipment and componentry. This includes performing preventative and reactive maintenance on plastic injection equipment, blow motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics. You will collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime, maintain accurate maintenance records, and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency. Candidates must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics and possess relevant education or certifications with experience in industrial settings.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical industrial equipment issues.

    + Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on plastic injection equipment, blow motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

    + Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.

    + Maintain accurate maintenance records.

    + Implement improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.

    + Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and hydraulic blueprints.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + 5+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience with hydraulics, pneumatics motors, and pumps.

    + 5+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience up to 480v 3-phase.

    + Experience with plastic injection equipment.

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and hydraulic blueprints.

    + Formal training, degree, or certification required.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in PLC troubleshooting.

    + Welding and fabrication skills.

    + Possession of an industrial certificate or degree.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
