Job Title: Foreman

Job Description

Join a dedicated team of foundation construction workers tasked with building heavy capacity scale foundations. Responsibilities include excavating foundations, grading, erecting forms and rebar, finishing concrete, and operating power tools and equipment. This role requires safe and effective work practices, including completion of all required safety courses under the direction of the job foreman. Trainees and laborers with limited experience in general construction are welcome. Transportation to the Fairbanks construction office is required, and travel with the crew in company vehicles is possible.

Responsibilities

+ Excavate foundations and perform grading.

+ Erect forms and rebar as needed.

+ Finish concrete with precision.

+ Operate power tools and equipment safely.

+ Complete all required safety courses.

+ Provide own transportation to the construction office.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in concrete finishing.

+ Ability to set forms and tie rebar.

+ Proficiency in pouring and finishing concrete.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in concrete construction.

+ Knowledge of working with concrete slabs and pours.

Work Environment

The majority of projects are based in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana. Work is typically scheduled Monday through Friday, with weekends off, though occasional weekend work may be required. The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, especially heat, as part of a cohesive crew.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
