    Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    Technicians will perform a balance of mechanical and electrical duties, focusing on the maintenance and troubleshooting of blow molding equipment, conveyor lines, airveyers, and belt systems.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform preventative maintenance on various equipment.

    + Troubleshoot mechanical issues involving motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, valves, and bearings.

    + Conduct electrical troubleshooting up to 480v single and three-phase, including sensors, lights, and control circuits.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Engage in some MIG and stick welding and fabrication as needed.

    + Handle general building maintenance tasks such as changing light ballasts, sockets, and plumbing repairs.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

    + Experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.

    + Ability to repair and maintain machinery, including working with PLCs and motors.

    + Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatic systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in MIG and stick welding and fabrication is a plus.

    + Must possess both mechanical and electrical experience.

    + More advanced skillsets will receive higher consideration.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $30.80 - $30.80/hr.
