Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of industrial machinery and equipment through mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.

+ Perform preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.

+ Work with 480 V systems, PLCs, and three-phase motors.

+ Check all machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment in production for optimal operation.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in troubleshooting, repair, and preventative/corrective maintenance.

+ Proficiency with PLCs, automation, and industrial electrical maintenance.

+ Competence in industrial mechanical maintenance, particularly with injection molding machines.

+ Ability to work with low and medium voltage systems, including 480 V.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working on hydraulics and pneumatics.

+ Familiarity with automated machinery.

Work Environment

This role is based in an injection molding shop, ensuring a cleaner environment as it involves working with plastics instead of metal. The position operates on a 2-2-3 schedule, with a preference for night shifts (7pm-7am), but daylight shift candidates (7am-7pm) will also be considered if qualified. A $1.50 shift differential is offered, and employees work 190 days a year.

This is a Permanent position based out of Latrobe, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.

If scheduled for a holiday, they will get paid 1.5, if they aren't scheduled, they will still get paid.

Highmark BlueCross blueshield, different packages from basic to premium coverage. 401k available, up to 5%, and they will match 4%

This is a fully onsite position in Latrobe,PA.
