Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and repair food equipment.

+ Perform a mix of reactive and preventative maintenance, approximately 50/50 split.

+ Conduct heavy preventative maintenance work on the 3rd shift, including electrical tasks.

+ Work with both electrical and mechanical systems.

+ Troubleshoot and repair 480V PLC systems.

+ Handle hydraulic and pneumatic repair and troubleshooting.

+ Maintain and troubleshoot 24-120V photoeyes and sensors.

Essential Skills

+ 480V troubleshooting.

+ Mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

+ Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

+ Experience with industrial maintenance repair.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior experience with food equipment repair is advantageous.

+ PLC troubleshooting skills are a plus.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr.
