Job Description
As a QA Supervisor, you will develop, implement, manage, and maintain all food safety-related programs, including HACCP, SOP, SSOPs, Allergen, and pest control. You will also develop, implement, and maintain FSMA/Food Defense requirements.
Responsibilities
+ Inspect incoming and outgoing trucks and products for quality.
+ Inspect outgoing shipments for any picking errors and perform root cause analysis to prevent future errors.
+ Review and verify daily QC records.
+ Perform internal audits, develop corrective actions, and perform root cause analysis and follow-up to prepare for FDA audits.
+ Train and develop cross-functional food safety teams.
+ Participate and maintain customer audits and regulatory audits (FDA) to maintain compliance status.
+ Maintain and monitor the environmental pathogen testing program.
+ Perform mock recalls as per SOP.
+ Handle and manage all non-conforming products and documentation.
+ Conduct employee training and maintain training records for all on-site food safety.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor of Science Degree
+ 5-7 years experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
+ 3 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry
+ Proficiency in quality assurance and quality control processes

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $77000.00/yr.
