    Job Title: Traveling Project Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Traveling Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects. This position involves managing various aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to final inspection documentation, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate equipment ordering with the supply chain.

    + Coordinate equipment delivery with the farm manager.

    + Manage contractor equipment installation.

    + Participate in pre-construction planning.

    + Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to the supervisor throughout the project.

    + Execute daily management of subcontract electricians and equipment installers.

    + Ensure appropriate materials are available at the project site in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.

    + Resolve shipping schedules and conflicts with the supply chain manager.

    + Perform and complete final inspection documentation.

    + Provide communication with capital planning and construction manager.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in project management and construction management.

    + Understanding of commercial construction processes.

    + Knowledge of accounting systems, construction phases, materials, and vendors.

    + High level of interpersonal skills for handling sensitive information.

    + Ability to operate a company vehicle or manage regular mileage reimbursement.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience or education related to the construction field.

    + Familiarity with general construction processes.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
