CGI is seeking a dynamic and technically adept PreSales Specialist to champion EngageHub, our proprietary no-code/low-code SaaS platform tailored for state and local government agencies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and client engagement, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can translate complex platform capabilities into compelling business solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving client adoption and sales success by leading solutioning efforts, crafting tailored demos, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and designing integration strategies using EngageHub APIs. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders will be key to your success.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
1. Solution Evangelism & Demos
• Act as the face of EngageHub in client engagements, showcasing platform capabilities through tailored demos.
• Develop and maintain demo environments that reflect real-world use cases relevant to government agencies.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine messaging and highlight differentiators.
2. Presales & RFP/RFI Support
• Lead the technical response process for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring alignment with client needs and EngageHub capabilities.
• Create solution proposals and presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Support sales cycles with technical expertise and strategic insights.
3. Solution Design & Integrations
• Architect integration approaches using EngageHub APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity with client systems.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable.
• Stay current with cloud-native technologies and integration best practices.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their pain points and aligning solutions accordingly.
• Serve as a trusted advisor during presales discussions, workshops, and product walkthroughs.
• Facilitate feedback loops between clients and internal teams to inform product enhancements.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Proven presales or solutions engineering experience in SaaS platforms, ERP extensions, or low-code platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content to both technical and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals.
• Familiarity with API integrations and cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of government processes (HR, grants, licensing, compliance, etc.) is a plus.
• Hands-on familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., PowerApps,).
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (PowerBI).
• Ability to quickly learn and configure demo environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,400.00 - $113,100.00.
