    Position Description:

    The Systems SME IV. position will provide Systems Support Services to RFF KCI team. Services also include outlining processes, drafting policies, providing audit, advisory, and assistance services; business process improvement and assisting in financial reporting to support responsibilities associated with providing training and instructing personnel on accounting systems and interface utilization; construction of appropriation data; and procedures necessary to ensure accurate and timely financial information for decision making and funds control to meet and achieve audit readiness.

    Duties and expectations include, but are not limited to the following:

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    . Progressive financial and/or logistics and/or system experience.

    . General experience required includes: increasing responsibilities in design and/or maintenance of systems.

    . Familiar with Design and Development Software Process Activities including Waterfall and Agile Design Processes as well as familiarization with the design and development of databases.

    . Progressive experience in design and installation of integrated systems of personnel, materials, machinery, and/or equipment. Support Level 2 Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness. Able to coordinate audit data calls, analysis of data submissions for accuracy and completeness, and respond to Independent Public Auditor requests for information.

    . Support Level 2 logistics audit readiness (I.e., operating materials & supplies, military equipment, and birthing records, garrison property, government-furnished property, etc.). Coordinate audit data calls for the analysis of data submissions for accuracy and completeness and respond to HQMC requests for information.

    . Develop, disseminate, and be able to provide training on unit-specific Procure to Pay and Order to Cash.

    . Be able to perform causative research into Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) financial and business feeder system reports to ROCoE for process improvement recommendations and /or corrective action plans.

    . Use Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to gather, develop, analyze, and distribute reports to command elements for the creation of reporting and dashboards products.

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration or other related business, scientific or technical discipline.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    . 6 years directly related professional experience, performing related tasks.

    . Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)

    . DAI Procure to Pay (P2P)

    . Order to Cash (O2C) / iProcurement Business Suite (s)

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    . Ability to work remotely.

    . Ability to effectively communicate orally and written.

    . Ability to multi-task and employ problem-solving skills.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $99,200.00 - $195,200.00.
