    Job Description

    We are seeking experienced Plumber Mechanics at the Lead level with a minimum of 3 years in the field to join our team. This role involves working at various job sites in Lynchburg, VA, with a schedule from Monday to Friday 6 am to 4:30 pm, and some Saturdays 6am- 3:30pm

    Responsibilities

    + Run and press copper, PVC, and cast iron pipes.

    + Lead small crews and supervise mechanics and helpers.

    + Read and interpret blueprint drawings.

    + Install and maintain plumbing systems in commercial construction settings.

    + Work with a variety of materials, including copper, cast iron, and PVC.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of experience as a commercial plumber.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools and performing plumbing installations.

    + Journeyman or Master Plumbers License preferred.

    + Experience leading a crew of 1-4 people.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Transport tools, materials, and equipment to work sites.

    + Perform laboring duties related to installation and maintenance.

    + Ability to climb, kneel, stoop, and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

    + Reliable transportation and punctuality.

    + Strong people skills and a positive attitude.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lynchburg, Virginia.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.
