Adecco is currently seeking motivated, customer-focused Retail Parts Counter Associates in Rochester, NY. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service, and helping customers find the right products for their needs. You will serve as the face of the store, guiding walk-in and phone customers, assisting with sales, and supporting day-to-day operations of the parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, providing guidance on trailer parts, supplies, and product options.

+ Answer incoming calls and provide accurate product information and availability.

+ Process sales efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, card, and electronic transactions accurately.

+ Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, orderly sales floor to enhance the customer experience.

+ Assist with inventory tracking, restocking, and merchandising displays to ensure product availability and proper presentation.

+ Collaborate with team members to provide consistent, high-level customer service and resolve any product or service issues.

+ Support special orders and coordinate with vendors or suppliers when needed.

+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to inform customers effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

+ Previous experience in retail, parts sales, or customer service preferred.

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers and resolve issues.

+ Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

+ Ability to lift and move inventory items safely as needed.

+ Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor with a strong focus on teamwork.

+ Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
