    Job Title: CNC Laser Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Laser Operator to set up and operate CNC laser machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC lasers, reading and interpreting blueprints, and performing quality inspections.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate CNC laser machines.

    + Program CNC lasers for efficient operation.

    + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.

    + Perform quality inspections to maintain high standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in laser operation.

    + Proficiency in blueprint reading.

    + 1+ year of CNC Laser operation experience.

    + Familiarity with micrometers.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in sheet metal, press brake, and fabrication.

    + Troubleshooting skills.

    + Mazak Laser experience is a plus.

    + Programming skills are a plus.

    + 3+ years of laser experience is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment includes two shifts: the 1st shift from 5am to 3:30pm (Monday-Thursday) and the 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 2:00am with a $1.50 shift premium. The facility is temperature-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working atmosphere.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
