    What You’ll Do

    + Operate and maintain two machines used for roll conversion and packaging.

    + Load film, mount cylinders, and adjust machine settings (pressure, tension, ink) for optimal performance.

    + Input production data accurately into our system.

    + Follow detailed job specifications to ensure high-quality printing and bag production.

    + Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly.

    + Perform quality checks and document results.

    + Safely operate extrusion lines and monitor materials for proper gauge and labeling.

    What You Bring

    + **1–3 years of machine operating experience** (or a strong willingness to learn—we’ll train the right candidate!).

    + Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

    + Familiarity with startup/changeover processes.

    + Experience with extrusion processes is a plus.

    + Physical stamina for a hands-on role involving repetitive motion and lifting.

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to stand and walk for 12+ hours.

    + Lift and carry up to 49 lbs regularly.

    + Perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.

    Work Schedule

    + **12-hour rotating shifts** : 7 AM–7 PM and 7 PM–7 AM.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
