Account Specialist

Adecco is currently seeking experienced Account Specialists. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to be a part of a focused team manufacturing products for the Aerospace, Defense, Energy, Medical, and Industrial marketplaces.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, including quoting, contract review, order management, and status updates. This role also facilitates communication between the Business Development team, internal departments, and external customer contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the daily point of contact for assigned customers, responding to inquiries promptly.
+ Advocate for customer needs and goals within the organization.
+ Lead the contract review process and partner with cross-functional teams to provide resolutions.
+ Process customer requests for quotations and provide feedback.
+ Manage purchase orders and provide order status updates throughout the contract cycle.
+ Utilize the Syteline ERP system for daily tasks and reporting.
+ Use Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook to manage communication and documentation.
+ Review technical drawing packages and quality requirements at a high level.
+ Identify growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
+ Create and manage work instructions for customer-specific portals and interfaces.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing sales or customer service.
+ Experience working in an AS9100 (preferred) or ISO-certified facility.
+ Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
+ Proficiency with ERP systems for order entry and management (Syteline preferred).
+ Strong expertise with MS Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
+ Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $21.00 per week
