Adecco is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent in Rochester, NY. As a Leasing Agent, you are the first impression for prospective residents. You will guide them through the leasing process, showcase community amenities, and ensure that every interaction highlights the value of living in our properties. Beyond leasing, you will support marketing initiatives, property operations, and community engagement efforts. This role combines customer service, sales, and administrative responsibilities with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Greet and build rapport with prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight community features.

+ Process lease applications, verify applicant information, and prepare accurate lease documents.

+ Coordinate marketing efforts, including online property listings, social media promotion, and maintaining signage.

+ Support the Community Manager with administrative tasks, phone calls, emails, and daily office operations.

+ Track and maintain competitor market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

+ Identify and implement creative sales strategies to increase occupancy and lease conversion rates.

+ Deliver excellent customer service to current residents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

+ Participate in community events and resident engagement initiatives to build a positive living environment.

+ Maintain a professional appearance and represent the property in a polished, approachable manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

+ 1–2 years of customer service experience; previous leasing experience preferred.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.

+ Marketing savvy and the ability to showcase property features effectively.

+ Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and general computer tasks.

+ Availability to work weekends and rotating Saturdays.

+ Goal-oriented with a desire to grow professionally in the property management field.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
