Job Title: CNC Setup Technician and CNC Machine Operators
Paying: 22-30/hr
Shift: Second Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing machine changeovers, loading machines, and ensuring the production of high-quality parts. You will have the opportunity to monitor and operate multiple machines simultaneously, contributing to our custom work orders.
Responsibilities
+ Perform machine changeovers efficiently and accurately.
+ Load and monitor 3-4 machines at a time to ensure smooth operations.
+ Produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
+ Design and machine parts using manual, lathe, or CNC equipment.
+ Program machines using G&M code for CNC lathe and machining tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with CNC, lathe, blueprint reading, and mill operations.
+ Proficiency in programming at the machine using G&M code.
+ Ability to handle 1-3 part orders for custom work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in design and machining on manual or CNC equipment.

Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where you will handle and monitor multiple machines. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC equipment, offering a challenging and rewarding experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
