Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating production schedules, hiring, firing, and training new employees. This role also involves enforcing plant Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Food Safety policies. This is a salaried position that offers additional pay for working on Saturdays and requires a commitment to working six days a week.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely output.
+ Hire, fire, and train new employees to maintain a skilled workforce.
+ Enforce plant GMPs and Food Safety policies to ensure compliance and safety.
+ Manage a department of over 30 employees effectively.
+ Implement continuous improvement and process improvement strategies.
Essential Skills
+ At least 3 years of experience in a production environment.
+ Experience managing a department of 30+ employees.
+ Strong production management and supervisory skills.
+ Ability to implement continuous and process improvements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bilingual skills preferred, with proficiency in Spanish or French.

Work Environment
Work in a food manufacturing environment where temperatures can be significantly higher than outside, with shifts available on both the 1st and 2nd shifts. The position requires working six days a week, with additional pay for Saturdays.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
