Production Manager – Fabrication:
**Location:** Springfield, MO

Required:** **_Management experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Construction experience in modular construction or commercial construction is a plus._
*This is a hands-on position working in an industrial manufacturing facility.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a **Production Manager** to oversee fabrication workflows, prioritize schedules, and maximize efficiency across manufacturing operations. This role focuses on workflow management, process improvements, and operator development to ensure that production goals are consistently met and that quality standards remain high.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead daily production operations, ensuring fabrication schedules align with overall project timelines.
• Prioritize workflow across machines and teams to maximize throughput and reduce bottlenecks.
• Evaluate processes and implement improvements that increase productivity and minimize downtime.
• Oversee material flow, tooling readiness, and production quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and support team leads and operators to enhance performance and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with drafting, assembly, and logistics teams to ensure timely component delivery.
• Track and report production metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Promote our culture of ownership, accountability, and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:
+ Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Management, Manufacturing, Construction Engineering or equivalent work experience.
+ Experience in commercial, industrial, or residential modular construction.
+ Knowledge of sustainability, logistics, production metrics (as they pertain to construction codes and regulations) and innovative construction materials.

**Pay Details:** $60,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
