Adecco is hiring immediately for Reach Truck Operator jobs with our client in Kenosha, WI. Weekly pay starting at $20.00 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). As a Reach Truck Operator, you will safely operate reach forklifts and lift-clamp equipment while unloading and verifying inbound shipments and accurately picking customer orders. The role also involves inspecting containers for damage and promptly reporting any issues. Utilizing computer systems to support inventory management and order processing, maintaining a thorough understanding of warehouse policies, assisting with outbound shipments as needed, keeping work areas organized, and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors all contribute to ensuring smooth operations.
These Reach Truck Operator requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Candidates must have forklift certification and at least one year of experience safely operating reach forklifts and lift-clamp equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking, shipment verification, and inspecting shipments for damage or unsafe conditions is essential. Additionally, knowledge of warehousing, shipping, and inventory control policies, along with experience using warehouse computer systems, is required. Effective communication skills and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly are also important for this role.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
