    **Job Title:** Shipping and Receiving Associate

    **Location:** Mahwah, NJ

    **Schedule:** Part-Time, 20 hours/week, Monday – Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 3:00pm Overtime occasionally

    **Compensation:** $18/hour

    Company Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and diligent Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our Mahwah, NJ team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to gain a broad understanding of the machine shop business and thrive in a fast-paced environment where safety, adaptability, and efficiency are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Shipping and Receiving:** Manage incoming and outgoing materials, including packaging, labeling, shipping software use, and organized storage.

    + **Material Handling & Inventory Management:** Safely handle and store materials while maintaining accurate inventory levels.

    + **Order Processing:** Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.

    + **Data Entry:** Track shipments, inventory, and orders through accurate data entry.

    + **Customer Service:** Respond to customer inquiries and resolve logistics or shipping issues.

    + **Transport Coordination:** Schedule and coordinate transportation of goods, including route planning.

    + **Quality Checks:** Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments.

    + **Compliance:** Adhere to company policies and legal regulations in all logistics processes.

    + **Teamwork:** Work independently and collaboratively across departments to support operational goals.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.

    + Ability to execute tasks with urgency while maintaining high-quality standards.

    + Proficient with computers and shipping/tracking software.

    + Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to challenges.

    + Effective collaborator with colleagues, demonstrating responsiveness and agility.

    + Physically able to lift, pack, unpack, and move up to 50 pounds independently.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
