Adecco is hiring immediately for a **Project Manager** at a large robot manufacturing client in Auburn Hills, MI. This is a **Temp-to-Hire** opportunity working **Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM** at **$30/hr - $50/hr** .
As a Project Manager, you will be **responsible for project execution, contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and financial return for one or more of the most complex and high-value projects** . You will serve as a **technical consultant** to managers and project participants, coordinate project activities, and implement initiatives that ensure customer satisfaction while improving performance.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead and oversee execution of complex projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
+ Ensure contract compliance while balancing customer requirements and company objectives.
+ Serve as a technical resource and advisor to managers, team members, and project participants.
+ Coordinate daily project activities across multiple departments, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
+ Develop, recommend, and implement performance improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
+ Monitor financial return on assigned projects, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
+ Foster strong customer relationships, addressing issues proactively and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
+ Provide leadership in safety, compliance, and best practices to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements:
+ Proven experience managing large, complex projects in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
+ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate project activities effectively.
+ Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on improving processes and delivering results.
+ Familiarity with contract compliance, project tracking, and reporting tools.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

**Pay Details:** $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
