Junior Staff Accountant

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Junior Staff Accountant with our client in Bennington, VT. As a Junior Staff Accountant, you will enjoy competitive pay of $19.00-$28.00/hour along with a range of additional benefits. In this role, you will handle general ledger maintenance, assist with payroll, manage fixed assets, support the month-end close, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Additional responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, posting cash receipts, performing bank reconciliations, and completing other accounting tasks as needed.

Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ At least 1 year of work-related experience in Accounting or Finance, including cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
+ Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, including understanding internal controls and compliance for accurate financial reporting
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $28.00 per hour
