    Adecco Staffing is partnering with a well-established aerospace manufacturer in Keene **, NH** , to hire **Roller Inspection Technicians** on **2nd and 3rd shift** . This **temp-to-hire** opportunity is ideal for candidates with a keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and an interest in precision quality control.

     

    **Job Title:** Roller Inspection Technician

    **Location:** Keene, NH

    **Pay Rate:** $23.00 – $28.00/hour (based on experience)

    Schedule:

    • **2nd Shift:** Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

    • **3rd Shift:** Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    **Job Type:** Temp-to-Hire

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Set up and operate precision gauges including Censor, Squareness, and OOR

    + Inspect rollers for dimensional accuracy and surface finish to tight tolerances

    + Complete visual inspections and final packaging per company standards

    + Verify that special processing steps (stability checks, Nital Etch, Magnaflux, etc.) have been completed

    + Perform in-process audits throughout roller manufacturing operations

    + Maintain accurate records and follow all inspection documentation procedures

    + Train team members as needed and assist with light machine operator duties

    + Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary or trade education preferred

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

    + Experience using measuring tools and gauges preferred

    + Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    + Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and maintain quality standards

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
