             Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturer in Nashville, TN, to find an **Embedded Systems Engineer** to lead the design of embedded electronic systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Lead projects to design and implement smart built-in electronic systems. + Plan project scope, timelines, and deliverables while collaborating with engineering teams. + Translate product requirements into detailed system designs, specifications, and documentation. + Integrate sensors, temperature controls, and communication systems. + Develop and execute testing plans to ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance. + Maintain thorough records of system designs for current and future projects. + Mentor junior engineers and support process improvements.
