Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturer in Nashville, TN, to find an **Embedded Systems Engineer** to lead the design of embedded electronic systems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead projects to design and implement smart built-in electronic systems.
+ Plan project scope, timelines, and deliverables while collaborating with engineering teams.
+ Translate product requirements into detailed system designs, specifications, and documentation.
+ Integrate sensors, temperature controls, and communication systems.
+ Develop and execute testing plans to ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
+ Maintain thorough records of system designs for current and future projects.
+ Mentor junior engineers and support process improvements.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronics, Systems, or Mechanical Engineering.
+ 5+ years of experience in systems/electronic engineering, and working with embedded or built-in electronic systems.
+ Strong knowledge of sensors, temperature control, connected systems (IoT), and system-level design
+ Appliance/HVAC manufacturing background is highly preferred
+ Experience leading and supporting product development/design projects

+ Base salary in the $100k-115k + bonus.

**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $114,999.00 per year
