Shipping Verification Representative
Position Summary
Adecco is assisting a local client located on the **North Side of Houston** in hiring a Shipping Verification Representative.
The **Shipping Verification Representative** is responsible for obtaining and updating all necessary shipping information to ensure timely and accurate delivery for our client's patients.

Position Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound calls to/from patients, practices, sales support and sales force to obtain missing or incomplete information
Release orders for shipment once all prerequisites are met.
Verification with practice on early termination of study and extension of studies
Correspond with other departments to ensure that practice information is entered in 2.0.
Correct patient demographic information and add all special request notes to patient orders
Performs special projects and other related duties as assigned
Preferred Position Qualifications
+ Proven demonstrated abilities in a multi-tasked, windows-based computer environment
+ Must be able to handle a high volume of work
+ Control confidential information
+ High attention to detail
+ Excellent phone and customer service skills
+ Ability to retain information that is job specific such as current policies and procedures
+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment
+ Bilingual a plus
+ Working Environment / Physical Requirements
+ Sitting for extended periods of time will be required
+ Standing and walking periodically required
+ Use of hands repetitively to type, handle, and operate standard office equipment will be required
+ Ability to hear high and low pitch tones
+ Employee will work under typical office conditionsHours: 8am to 5pm Monday thru Fridays. Rotating Weekends.Pay Rate: $15.00hrTemp to hire
**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
