Schedule: Day shift (730a-4p)

Duration: 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

+ Dispense medications, monitor drug therapies, and provide drug information to patients and healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care

+ Compounding and dispensing medications, managing pharmacy inventory, developing medication policies, collaborating with the medical team to optimize medication plans

+ Provide patient education on drug use, side effects, and interactions

+ Serve as a primary resource for drug information to other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families, explaining correct dosages, potential side effects, and medication interactions

Qualifications:

+ Active IA Pharmacist license

+ Minimum 1+ years of Hospital Pharmaceutical experience required

+ MUST have experience in Critical access, inpatient, outpatient, chemo/outpatient infusion and compounding

+ American Heart BLS certification required

+ EPIC Willow experience is preferred

Pay Breakdown:

+ $1,760 per week (taxable)

+ $1,246 weekly per diem (non-taxable)

**Pay Details:** $3,006.00 per week
