Job Description
+ We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee the Technicians and assist in managing the daily operations of the Service Department within a commercial and industrial HVAC company.
Responsibilities
+ Schedule service calls and manage technicians.
+ Handle customer requests and oversee billing.
+ Create estimates and maintain inventory.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
+ Coordinate dispatching, scheduling, and provide customer coordination and technical support for field technicians.
+ Assist in ordering and tracking parts, tools, and equipment.
+ Support the scheduling of subcontractors.
+ Provide technical support and training for service technicians.
+ Develop training programs and review technicians' needs and requests.
+ Enhance customer relations and communication.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in HVAC service, particularly in commercial settings, with a minimum of 5 years.
+ Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems and service.
+ Ability to develop and implement training programs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is preferred.
Work Environment
+ The work environment consists of 70% office-based work and 30% fieldwork, providing a dynamic and engaging setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
